Harley is a small, dark-coated long-haired Chihuahua mix currently resting in a recovery cone and still managing to look dignified about it. She's been through some stuff, but she's getting the care she needs at Wags 2 Wishes. Even from behind the bars, you can see the fight and the sweetness in her eyes. She just needs a little more time and a lot more love.
